Chernobyl Children's Party
With the money collected at the Officers dinner in April and other donations the North York Lodge have hosted a party for
24 children from Belarus, brought across to Middlesbrough by the
Chernobyl Children's Lifeline.
The Party held on the 30th July was a great success, the children after a buffet, were entertained by a magician and then played some old favorites like musical chairs and musical statues to name but a few....
Middlesbrough Football Club and especially Mrs Gibson the chairman's wife kindly donated football shirts to all of the children which were received with much enthusiasm.
