freemasons and charity
Freemasons are the second biggest givers to charity in the Country.
The Freemasons of Middlesbrough give a great deal of money to our Local charities, this is raised through Social evenings, collections during Lodge meetings, treasure hunts, B-B-Q's, raffles, and all sorts of activities that can help us support these good causes.
Every year Local Charities are invited to the hall for a presentation evening to recieve the donations.
This year the Lodges of Middlesbrough have donated in excess of £10,000 to our local charities, charities such as The Butterwick Hospice and the Air Ambulance were just a couple of the organisations the Lodges donated money to.
