Freemasonry in the Community
All Middlesbrough Lodges are invited to have Representatives on the Freemasonry in the Community Committee.
This Committee was formed in 2002 at the time of a National celebration of Freemasonry, which was called the ‘Freemasonry in the Community Week’. Its aims are to identify initiatives worth pursuing and organise those events thereby serving the Community and improving public awareness of Freemasonry.
Open Days.
Between 2002 and 2005 there have been three Open days held at the Masonic Hall. Members of the Public attended these and listened to a talk on Freemasonry, had a tour of the building and asked questions about Freemasonry.
